Tess & Willow K9 Accessories can not be held responsible for lost / damaged parcels. We send all our parcels tracked with Royal Mail, once your parcel is dispatched by us it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.
Please make sure all details are entered correctly on checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery.
When purchasing with Tess & Willow K9 Accessories you must acknowledge these conditions in the unliking event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.
